17 High Street, Marlow. Application for approval of details subject to condition 3 (materials) of planning approval ref. 11/06027/FUL.
The Old Courthouse, Benjamin Road, High Wycombe. Application for approval of details subject to conditions 3 (enclosures), 4 (traffic noise) & 6 (storage of refuse bins) of planning approval ref. 11/06744/FUL.
11 Lea Close, Marlow Bottom. Householder application for the construction of a rear conservatory.
Pheasants, Ferry Lane, Hambleden. Fell one Sycamore Tree (T1).
81 Carrington Road, High Wycombe. Householder application for construction of first floor front and side extension.
Appletree Cottage, Pheasants Hill, Hambleden. Householder application for construction of two storey rear extension, replacement of external render and windows and erection of replacement double garage.
Land Adjacent Stowe Farm, Seymour Plain, Marlow. Erection of detached agricultural buildings incorporating storage barn, tractor and machinery store, tack room, stables and cow/sheep pen, lunge pen with fencing and creation of new field access via Stowe Farm.
10 Sunters Wood Close, High Wycombe. Householder application for construction of single storey rear/side extension, single storey side infill extension and associated alterations.
1 Terrick Row, Nash Lee Road, Terrick. Continued use of detached building as Dog Grooming business (Sui Generis).
High View, Seymour Plain, Marlow. Householder application for raising of roof and roof extensions alterations to create additional habitable living accommodation at first floor level, construction of single storey side and rear extension with terrace over at the rear and associated internal/external alterations and landscaping alterations.
The Jais, Shootacre Lane, Princes Risborough. Householder application for the construction of a new front porch.
South Bucks District Council
Pinewood Studios, Pinewood Road, Iver Heath. Application for approval of details reserved by conditions 6 on planning permission 11/00613/FUL.
3 Wellesley Avenue, Iver. Application for approval of details reserved by condition 5 on Planning Permission 11/01680/FUL.
65 Fulmer Drive, Gerrards Cross. Variation of condition no. 02 of planning permission 11/02022/FUL to permit amendments to design of roof and changes to south eastern elevation.
15 Eastfield Road, Burnham. Variation to condition 4 of 08/00694/FUL to allow extended opening hours (08:00 to 21:30 Monday-Saturday).
